KESWA BytesKESWA participated in a five day training on organisational development and systems strengthening (dubbed ODDS) with female sex workers. The training strained on empowering sex workers on better communication, advocacy, resource mobilisation, monitoring and evaluation. The training involved female sex workers from different walks of life across the Kenya region. Empowerment of the female sex workers goes a long way in helping and equipping with smarter ways of beating the ODDS and overcoming challenges that they face from time to time.
