Mental health is an integral part of sex workers wellness and functionality and as such sex workers we need timely mental health support ways to help sex workers cope with the current life situation. The psychological health of both female sex workers (FSWs) and male sex workers (MSWs) has emerged as a major public health concern in Kenya. Key risk factors include poverty, low education, violence, alcohol and drug use, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and stigma and discrimination.
